Sean Killeen – Founder
Sean Killeen is a lifelong Delaware County native with over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. A licensed real estate agent since 2018, Sean combines deep market knowledge with a strong background in real estate development and finance. Sean’s a proud graduate of St. Joe’s Prep and Ursinus College. He lives in Havertown with his wife and three daughters and takes pride in serving the community he’s always called home.
Ryan Laughlin – Founder
Ryan Laughlin has successfully overseen the development and construction of a wide range of residential properties in the Greater Philadelphia region for nearly 10 years. With a background rooted in finance and project management, he is able to combine analytical expertise with hands-on industry experience to bring innovative projects to life. He prides himself on building spaces that add value and providing top-notch customer service to his clients. Ryan is a proud graduate of Cardinal O’Hara High School and the College of the Holy Cross and currently resides in Glen Mills with his wife, two sons, and mini Bernedoodle.
Frank Mazzio – Founder
Frank Mazzio brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in building and remodeling, with a reputation for meticulous attention to detail and a deep commitment to craftsmanship. A South Philadelphia native, Frank takes pride in delivering high-quality work and ensuring complete customer satisfaction on every project. Now living just across the bridge in South Jersey with his wife, daughter, and three Labradors, Frank remains grounded in the values of hard work, integrity, and community.
Brandon Laughlin – Founder
Brandon Laughlin brings a lifelong passion for construction and a strong background in sales to TurnKey Home Preparation Services. He got his start working alongside his father, a respected contractor, gaining hands-on experience from an early age. Now based in Delray Beach, FL, Brandon combines industry expertise with a people-first approach to deliver seamless, customized solutions that put clients at ease. A proud graduate of Cardinal O’Hara High School and Penn State University, he’s committed to building lasting relationships as well as quality homes.
